The Ritz-Carlton still benefits from its convenient location in the heart of Tysons. It's a cozy spot for a winter staycation, with great shopping and dining a short indoor walk from your room. In addition, the Ritz is a great base for seeing the annual Cirque du Soleil shows at Lerner Town Square.

Decor at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner
Relaxing blue and tanhues fillthe Ritz-Carlton Tysons—from the hall carpets to the accentpillowsandartwork in our suite. Speaking of suites: thesize and luxuriousness of the two-room Executive Suite make a staycation feel like an apartment stay. The plush bed and pillowsdeliver a cozy night's sleep, andthe full living roomoffers a lounging spot by day or a gathering spot for the evening.
The suites are a perfect option for families who want to spread out. The couch converts to a sleep sofa and both rooms have large, flat-screenTVs, soadults and kids get their own space. Adjoining rooms are another option for family stays or enjoy together time in a still spacious regular guest room.
Weexpected luxuriousrobes and a marble-accented bathroom, but we didn't expect the convenient toothpaste and toothbrush in our toiletries, perfect since one of us forgot to packthose essentials. Sometimes little things make a bigdifference.
The Ritz-Carlton Tysons offersa range of special packages to sweeten your stay. For example, the Romance package adds champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and breakfast to your stay. A Paradise Springs Wine Experience includes awine tasting at Paradise Springs Winery in the charming town of Clifton.
Friendly design touches in the 4th-floorlobby include artwork that highlightsVirginia scenes. We love the painting of the Richmond Canal Walk near the reservation desk. In fact, it inspired us to plan anotherRichmond getaway.
Diningat Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner
There are two dining options on property and many more in the adjoining Tysons Galleria.We recommend lunch atEntyse Bistro, a casual, open-kitchen concept that replaced aformal dining room ofearlier days.
The Bell & Evans Chicken was a standout.Rested for 24 hours in a citrus marinade, pan-seared, finished in the oven, and served on a bed of sweet potato and Brussels with pistachios and calvados jus; it wasdelicious!
A collection of cold-pressed fresh juices can be ordered with or without alcohol. TheGreen Monster combination of cucumber vodka and “Cleanse” juice (apple,orange, green veggies, and ginger)sounded odd but tasted wonderful.
A luxury staycation deserves an indulgent finish. All of the desserts we tried were tasty, and the Double Chocolate Cake features chocolate stamped with the Ritz-Carlton logo. Prettyclever.
Guests can also enjoy a morning espresso bar, afternoon tea, drinks, and dinner at the Entyse WineBar and Lounge. Tysons Galleriamall offers a range offood choicesfrom casual to elegant.

Special packages change to reflect the season. During cherry blossom season, enjoy a Cherry Blossom Bliss facial. Our facial was indeed blissfuland included an incredible neck message that we still dream about.

Considerupgrading to Club Level access when you book your Ritz-Carlton Tysons staycation. The extra investment gives you access to a private area serving snacks, cocktails, wine, champagne, beer, andnon-alcoholicdrinks.
On a clear day, theview reaches DC, and the National Cathedral, Washington Monument, and Capitol Building are visible. The Club Level staff will pamper you with extra attention and concierge services.

Ona beautiful spring or fall day, we might missan outdoor space. It's a short walk or shuttle ride to the outdoor plaza (plus more shopping, dining, and movies)at Tysons Corner Mall.The Silver Line metro stop is close by, so you could easily zip into DC and play tourist for the day.
